By accessing beauty-supply.shop and purchasing from Beauty Supply, you agree to the following terms. You can reach us on LINE @beautysupply, with replies 09:00-18:00 (Thailand time).
1. User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must give accurate and complete information, especially the name, address and phone number used for delivery
- You can order as a guest or sign in with LINE, Google or a one-time code (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure
2. Products
- We sell skincare and aesthetic products such as skincare, mesotherapy, fillers and Botox. Domestic orders ship by EMS straight to you
- A sold-out product cannot be ordered, and you can ask to be notified when it returns
- Images and descriptions may differ slightly from the actual product, for example colour or packaging revised by the manufacturer
- We may change prices, discounts and promotions without prior notice. The price that applies is the price when you order
3. Product Information and Use
- Information on this website is for information only, is not medical advice, and does not guarantee any result
- Injectable and professional-use products should only be used by licensed medical personnel or others qualified under the law. Consult a doctor before use, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or a history of allergy
- You are responsible for checking that ordering, importing and using a product complies with the laws of your destination country
- We are not responsible for side effects or damage caused by improper use
4. Payment and Ordering
- We accept PromptPay QR only. Upload the payment slip at checkout and the system checks it automatically (no credit or debit cards)
- An order not paid within 24 hours is cancelled automatically
- Once payment is confirmed, we ship as set out in the Shipping Policy and message you on LINE and by email about payment, shipping and tracking
- If you cancel after paying, we handle it under the Refund Policy
- International orders: the shipping fee is calculated from the parcel weight and shown at checkout before you pay. If the destination is not served or the cart is too heavy, the order cannot be placed
5. Intellectual Property
Content, images, articles and logos on this website belong to Beauty Supply or rights holders who license them to us. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
