Privacy policy

This policy explains how Beauty Supply ("we", "the shop") collects, uses and discloses your personal data when you visit beauty-supply.shop, place an order or contact us.

Data We Collect

• Contact details: name, delivery address, phone number and email
• Sign-in data: if you sign in with LINE or Google, we receive what the provider sends us with your permission, such as a user ID and display name. You can also order as a guest without signing in
• Payment data: the PromptPay slip you upload, which may show a name, a partial account number, the amount and the date and time. We do not collect credit or debit card data
• Order data: items, order history and back-in-stock requests
• Messages you send us on LINE or by email
• Device and usage data: such as browser, IP address and how you use the website

How We Use Data

• Handling orders: confirming orders, checking slips automatically, shipping (including sending your name, address and phone number to the service providers involved in delivery), back-in-stock alerts, and returns and refunds
• Communicating with you: LINE and email messages about payment, shipping and tracking, and answering your questions
• Security: verifying identity and detecting fraud, such as altered or reused slips
• Improving the service: analysing website use to improve content and the experience
• Marketing: we send promotional messages or emails only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time through the message or by messaging us on LINE @beautysupply. We do not use your personal data for behavioural advertising on outside platforms
• Legal reasons: complying with the law, answering authorities, and establishing or defending legal claims

Who We Share Data With

We do not sell your personal data and share it only as needed.

• Service providers involved in preparing and delivering your order, such as Thailand Post (EMS in Thailand, ePacket Plus for international orders), who receive your name, address, phone number and items, and destination customs
• Service providers working for us, such as hosting, slip checking, email and LINE messaging, and analytics
• LINE and Google when you choose to sign in or receive messages through them, under their own policies
• Authorities where the law requires, or when you ask or consent

Cookies

The website uses cookies to make the cart and sign-in work, remember your language and analyse use. We use no cookies or tracking tools for advertising. You can set your browser to refuse cookies, but parts of the website may stop working.

Retention

We keep payment slips and order data for 5 years from the transaction date, as accounting and tax records and to handle complaints or disputes. After that we delete it or make it non-identifiable. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This service is not intended for anyone under 18. If you are a parent and find that your child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Rights

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you may have the right to access or obtain a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, receive it in a readable format, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. These rights are not absolute: for example, we may have to keep accounting and tax records by law. We may verify your identity first. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.

International Transfers

We may use service providers located abroad, and for international orders the recipient's details go to the carrier and destination customs for delivery.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time by posting the revised version here and updating the date above.
