Shipping Policy
Delivery in Thailand
- Delivery is ฿60 per order (EMS within Thailand). There is no free shipping.
- Orders with toxins (botulinum toxin products) ship temperature-controlled for a flat ฿150 per order instead of ฿60, however many you order. The fee is included in the total at checkout
- Once the system has checked your payment slip, we ship your order by EMS right away
- Delivery time: depends on the destination
- Domestic orders ship by EMS. We send you the tracking number on LINE once the parcel ships
International Delivery
- We ship to 52 countries. We ship these orders ourselves through Thailand Post ePacket Plus, up to 2 kg total parcel weight per order
- The international shipping fee is calculated from the parcel weight and shown at checkout before you pay. If the destination is not on our list, or the cart weighs more than 2 kg, the order cannot be placed
- Delivery time: about 7-15 business days from the day we ship the parcel. Timing depends on the destination and customs
- Import duties, customs taxes and other charges at the destination are the recipient's responsibility
- You are responsible for checking that the products may legally be imported into your country. If a parcel is refused or seized by customs, this is the customer's responsibility and is not covered by our refund policy
When Your Parcel Arrives
- Please film yourself unpacking, from before you open the product and throughout, without a break, every time. Without a video as proof we cannot accept a claim in any case. Details are in our claim and refund policy
Payment
- Pay by PromptPay QR and upload the slip. An order not paid within 24 hours is cancelled automatically
- A product shown as sold out cannot be ordered. You can ask to be notified when it returns
Tracking
- We send the tracking number on LINE and by email once your parcel ships. Check the status on Order status, or for Thailand Post parcels at track.thailandpost.co.th
- If there has been no update for more than 7 business days, message us on LINE @beautysupply and we will follow up right away
- Delivery may be delayed by public holidays, force majeure, an incomplete address, or customs inspection
