What is Restylane Skinboosters Vital Lidocaine?
Restylane Skinboosters Vital Lidocaine is a stabilized hyaluronic acid (HA) skin booster gel of non-animal origin with 0.3% lidocaine hydrochloride, made by Q-Med AB (Galderma) in Sweden and supplied in a 1 mL glass syringe.

It must never go into a blood vessel, which can block the vessel and starve tissue of blood. If vision changes, stroke-like symptoms, pale skin or unusual pain appear during the injection, the maker says to stop at once and get a doctor.
The maker advises caution in people who took thrombolytics, anticoagulants or antiplatelet drugs such as aspirin within the previous 2 weeks, since bruising or bleeding may increase, and in people with weakened immunity. The product has not been tested in pregnant or breastfeeding women or in children.
Reactions after the injection and self-care
Bruising, redness, itching, swelling and soreness at the injection site are the reactions the maker expects; they typically settle on their own within days to about a week.
While the skin is still swollen and red, stay out of strong sun, UV and very hot or cold conditions, and check with the injecting doctor before laser, chemical peels or similar skin-stimulating treatments.
